Ponnamperuma Suppliers & Contractors, stands today as a premium construction company en gaged in all types of civil construction works in Sri Lanka today with the industry experience & expo sure with 26 Years.Mr. Mervyn Fernando, founder of the company started his construction business on year 1995 as a government registered road contractor under the registration of ICTAD-C7 Grading. Mr. Mervyn Fernando completed so many government road construction projects during the years 1995 to 2016 and passed away suddenly on the 2016 January.
After the death of Mr. Mervyn Fernando, his bellowed sons Mr. Chandimal Fernando and Mr. Ruwan Fernando continued the company forward as a partnership company. Mr. Chandimal Fernando appointed as the Managing director as well as the main share holder of the company since 2016. Mr. Chandimal Fernando is a B.Sc. Engineer graduated from university of Peradeniya.
Mr. Chandimal Fernando began to Expands the company in to building Constructions & entered into transport service as well. On year 2020 Obtained ICTAD-C5 Grading from the Government.
As a C5 Contactor we are engaged in all construction activities such as Road construction (Asphalt laying, metaling and tarring, concrete roads), building houses, apartments, hotels, institutions, factories, multi-storied buildings, steel structures & swimming pools Etc… All our construction works are done under supervision of qualified architects & charted engineers & currently we are operate within the North Western and Western Province. The company also encompasses modern technologies & techniques to provide total customer satisfaction of projects.
